How order tracking works

  1. Order confirmed

    Your confirmation message contains your order details and a link to check its status.

  2. Preparing your order

    We prepare the items for dispatch. Items sent separately may have different shipping updates.

  3. Dispatched & on its way

    When tracking is added to your shipment, open its tracking link for the carrier’s latest updates.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking appears after your shipment has been dispatched and a tracking number has been added. Check your shipping message or the order-status page.

Why has tracking not updated?

A carrier may need time to scan the parcel after a label is created. If tracking remains unchanged or your delivery estimate has passed, contact us with your order number.

Why can’t I see my order in my account?

Use the same email address that you entered at checkout. If you ordered using only a phone number or a different email, open the link in your order message or contact us.

Can I change an order or report a delivery problem?

Contact us with your order number and the details. Changes depend on the order’s current status; see our shipping and return policies for more information.
